Losika plays a key role in our property sourcing division, identifying investment opportunities that match each client’s acquisition criteria, financial goals, and preferred markets. With experience in property research, agent coordination, and investment analysis, she works behind the scenes to ensure clients receive carefully selected opportunities rather than generic listings.
Her day-to-day work involves sourcing properties through both public platforms and private off-market networks, giving clients access to opportunities that may never appear on major property portals. Once suitable properties are identified, Losika prepares investment reports outlining pricing, location potential, rental demand, and overall suitability based on the client’s objectives.
She also manages communication with estate agents, gathers property information, follows up on negotiations, and keeps sourcing pipelines organised through internal tracking systems. Her structured approach and attention to detail keep the acquisition process moving efficiently while ensuring clients receive property options aligned with their investment plans.
Deepak Shukla – Founder & Director
